Join our team as a Night AuditGuest Service Agent at The Star Brisbane.?? 

The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australia’s newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.? 

The Night Audit Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the entire duration of their stay.  

A few of your responsibilities?? 

  • Provide outstanding Guest Service to guests to enhance their experience 
  • Manage all guests requests and maintain guest accounts 
  • Sound knowledge of local attractions and surrounds 
  • Perform check in and check out in a professional, friendly, and efficient way for all guests 
  • Perform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists 
  • Professional communication with both internal and external guests 
  • Responds to guest feedback and bring to the attention of the appropriate manager where further follow up is required 
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, labour hire, guests, and visitors through co-operation with management 

What we will be looking for? 

  • Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiences 
  • Exceptional Guest Service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer service 
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients 
  • Excellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacy 
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster 
  • Integrity and confidentiality are essential 
  • Sound knowledge of hotel operating systems 

About you? 

The successful candidates will possess that go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests, while maintaining our 5-star commitment. Prior experience within the hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential.
