Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

The Tyre Factory has an opportunity available for a BOOK KEEPER to join a fast paced team in Ferntree Gully.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of BAS
• Payroll
• Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable
• Weekly or Monthly reporting (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow etc) Budgets and Financial Statements
• Assist in Sales management by issuing Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Follow up calls, etc

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Experience in a Bookkeeper and Administrator
• Excellent in customer service
• Self-Motivated and able to work to deadlines on your own
• Ability to manage work loads and allocate duties as needed
• Capable to work in a fast pace environment
