AddressThis multi-faceted Part-time role will see you meeting and greeting our discerning guests, processing arrivals and departures, maintaining room accounts, assisting with guest enquiries, working on various administration tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.
You have a passion for making everyone feel welcome and providing an outstanding guest experience.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Impeccable presentation and phone manner
- Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
- Flair for organisation with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Excellent word, Excel and Publisher skills
- Available to work on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday
- Full current Australian Drivers License
- Suggesting and booking tours
- Arranging tranfsers
- Handling enquiries from local operators
- Making Restaurant and Spa bookings
- Scheduling the operations daily movements
