This role maintains smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards.Snapshot of the role:
- Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guests.
- Provide access passes to employees and visitors in accordance with process.
- Run stock take of stationary cupboards for each level, order and restock as required
- Work collaboratively with the Workplace team to ensure that required client communications are delivered with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist various contractors with access throughout the tenancy as directed by the Workplace or Facility Manager
- Manage the booking, setting, and refreshing of client meeting and event spaces
- Assist with subtenant requests, access, room bookings and for anything further refer to JLL subtenant representative
- Work closely with our National Occupancy Team, helping when required to source data, complete audits or conduct small adhoc team moves within the business

- Experience in the Hospitality or Corporate sector or related professional area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
