The Role
We are seeking an individual to illustrate exemplary communication skills and display a total customer service focus to our guests and team members. Demonstrating a systematic approach in completing tasks is a requirement.
As Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Agent you will be responsible for all aspects of Hotel reception including check-in/out, customer relations and cashiering.
The successful candidate must possess:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a similar role and environment
- The ability to work professionally under pressure
- The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
- Consistent pride in their grooming and presentation
- Ability to work a rotating 7 day roster
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is desirable
