AddressMrs Banks Hotel is one of the highest rated Boutique Hotels in Sydney and we are looking for a stand out Front Desk Officer to join our Paddington team.
The role reports directly into the General Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the hotels front desk and basic operations. This includes looking after all arrivals and departures to the hotel, general enquires via email and phone and close communication with the housekeeping team to make the guest experience as seamless as possible.
Knowledge of Room Master would be ideal but not essential with previous experience in a boutique hotel environment. A sound knowledge of the Eastern suburbs and Paddington is a must along side the availability to work afternoon shifts.
