The Hills Lodge offers a range of Guest facilities, starting from our well-known reputable restaurant Nobles, Temple Day Spa, Outdoor lap pool, and 5 spacious Event spaces.
We have an exciting role which has become available for a Guest Services Agent/Receptionist. We are searching for a super friendly, bubbly, yet professional individual to join our Amazing Front Office Team! If this sounds like you, please read below for more info!
What your day will look like:
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests, Check-in & Check-out of all guest
- You will look after all hotel reservations & enquiries, via phone & email
- Efficiently work with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Complete daily shift checklist and tasks efficiently in a timely manner
- You will be responsible for a smooth operation of your shift
What the ideal candidate will have:
- Sound knowledge of Opera PMS (Opera Cloud)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tech Savvy
- Ability to work independently & within a team environment
- Ability to handle issues in calm manner - Think outside the box
- Advanced communication skills
- Well organized, with excellent attention to detail & time management
- Availability to work Weekends / public holidays on a rotating roaster both AM & PM - Approximately 14-20 hours per week
- Be motivated and responsible & have a friendly & outgoing personality
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
