Currently we are seeking a Front Office all-rounder to join our small team. This is a varied role which will see you helping out across the rooms division departments as required.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in an office environment with above average computer skills and guest service ability that puts people at ease. You will be the face of the business and will need to think on your feet in order to keep everything running smoothly.
The ideal team members will possess:

- Flexibility to work 7 day rotating roster
- Be able to work autonomously
Desirable criteria for team members include:
- A good working knowledge of how the rooms division of a hotel operates
- Previous use of a property management system, preferably Opera
- Experience working in a Front Office / Guest Services role
