We manage a large range of Holiday Rentals (Airbnb and STRA properties) located around Jervis Bay and we are looking for a Guest Services and Bookings Manager (Holiday Rental Host) to join our team.
Providing a full-service end-to-end property management service for our owners, our focus is on providing a 5-star guest experience from the first enquiry to the day of departure and everything in between.
What is the ideal background for this role:
The background skills required to complete this role are many and varied including but not limited to:
- Hotel/Motel reservations and management
- Holiday rental reservations and management
- Travel and tour booking and management
- Event coordination and management
Who would this role suit:
- A customer service superstar
- An experienced reservations and booking agent

A customer service star
If you have no experience but are a customer service superstar who loves being busy, talking on the phone, dealing with new people every day and is competent in technology then we would love to hear from you.
An experienced reservations and booking agent
If you have a little or a lot of experience in reservations and Bookings be it Holiday Rentals, hotels, tours, or travel then this is made for you.
A gun bookings and rate manager
If you are a gun bookings and rate manager with experience in managing bookings, setting rates, and maximising occupancy across a portfolio of properties or rooms then you are our ultimate employee (we understand that we may not find someone with this experience at the get-go but this is what the successful candidate will be working towards, working alongside our operations manager).
