The Role of Guest Services Attendant
- Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for guest satisfaction in the hotel working within the Front Office and Concierge team.
- You will contribute to an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
- The activation and recognition of loyalty will be taken to a new level at this property and driven through a whole-hotel approach.
Setting you up for Success
- Prior Guest Services/reception experience is essential
- Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
- Accor experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
