Summary:
As the Guest Services Manager, you will be a crucial player in ensuring our guests' needs are not just met but exceeded. This hands-on role based at Reception requires close collaboration with all departments to create a bespoke, welcoming experience in our beautiful resort setting.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed during check-in, check out and throughout their stay.
- Provide personalised service by assisting guests with reservations, inquiries, special requests, and information
- Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures
- Monitor guest feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and department performance
About you:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, reservations, or guest relations roles
- An exuberant personality and exceptional people skills
- Strong administrative skills & problem-solving skills
- Confidence, articulateness, and resourcefulness
- The ability to excel under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends. Working hours 9-5.30
- Experience with RMS PMS (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
