The Role
The Pink Flamingo Spiegel Entertainment is seeking a motivated Full Time Guest Services Representative to provide friendly, focused, and flexible customer service and administration support. You will also be focusing on ticket sales and ticketing systems.
Experience in live performance ticketing would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist the Guest Services Manager in operating ticketing services.
- Answer calls and assist guests with venue and production enquiries.
- Respond to online enquires including emails and social media messages.
- Competently operate the ticketing system, currently RED61 (training will be provided) executing ticket sales, exchanges, reservations & generating reports.
- Assist the Guest Services Manager in maintaining systems that ensure the Box Office customer service reflects the world-class standards we hold ourselves to.
About You
You applaud and respect hard work and pride yourself in delivering 5* customer service.
Your specific traits include:
- A demonstrated ability to provide friendly, focused, and flexible customer service.
- A demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in the performing arts, events or hospitality industries as well as having solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a range of people and work as part of a team.
- Availability to work rostered shifts that will occur Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Being highly motivated and results-driven.
