We're on the lookout for an experienced Guest Services Team Leader (full-time or part-time) with a passion for customer service and sales to become a valued member of our dynamic tribe in Hendra, Brisbane.

Your Role: Making Adventure Happen
As the Guest Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading front-of-house operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales
- Responding to sales inquiries and driving revenue by generating quotes for corporate groups, schools, community groups, and events
- Coaching and developing your team, providing leadership, training, and guidance
- Assisting the Venue Manager in reporting, rostering and sales initiatives
- Collaborating with the administration team, marketing coordinator, and senior management on various tasks
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and all relevant authorities
What we would love to see in you
To thrive in our tribe, we're seeking someone with:
- Excellent customer services and strong knack / interest in sales - keen interest to sell, cross-sell and upsell
- Strong verbal and written communication with good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- 2+ years of experience in people supervision, sales, and administration
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for cultivating a positive team culture and creating a fun work environment
- Strong time management skills and high level of experience in administrative tasks - being able to balance these with being a hands-on front of house manager
- Team player with the flexibility to handle a variety of operational duties
- Hours that can be flexible (you could be part-time - 3 days equivalent a week, or full-time). For full-time you'd ideally be able to work 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month and the remainder of your full-time work (38 hours) can be performed during Monday to Friday (with 2 days off each week). We can look at a rotating roster / flexible arrangements that work for us and you.
