Guidewire or Duck Creek Configuration Developer
(Please note that this role is only open to Queensland/ Brisbane based candidates who possess either Australian citizenship or PR).

Our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the insurance industry, is seeking talented professionals like you to join their team. As a Guidewire or Duck Creek Configuration Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing these platforms to meet the unique needs of our client's business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a configuration developer with expertise in Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry processes and systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Gosu (for Guidewire) or C# (for Duck Creek).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
