Burning Log is a Food and Beverage outlet in Guthega. Located in the Kosciuszko National Park, approximately 45+ minutes from Jindabyne township, Guthega is a stunning Ski Village on the upper reaches of the Snowy River (western side of Mount Blue Cow). Here you will work, live, and play all in the one picturesque location.
As a Hospitality attendant, you will be responsible for serving guests with a high standard of food handling, hygiene practices while always demonstrating a high level of customer service. You will also take accountability in the cleanliness and safety of the outlet for guests and staff while also assisting in the Cook/Kitchen Hand processes.
In a typical day in this role, you might:
- Assist with outlet opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and handling principles.
- Clean tables, dining areas and public area facilities.
- Assist in all areas of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A NSW responsible service of alcohol (RSA).
- A clean and neat presentation including a clean uniform.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A high work ethic, be reliable and possess excellent time management skills.

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
