UBX Training' is an industry revolution. Training sessions are modelled around a 12 round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels. A unique opportunity exists for a motivated individual to assume the role Manager and become an integral part of the overall success of this exciting venture.
The Opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to manage member retention, sales, events and run some of the daily workouts. The aim is to develop a gym culture where excellence and member appreciation are the focus and results are achieved.
You will be required to:
• Run the daily provided workouts.
• Proficient use of gymmaster and performing daily tasks for existing memberships.
• Make calls to prospective and existing members.
• Maintain gym facilities, including basic cleaning.
• Manage a professional team of trainers for quality of service, roster and time sheets.
• Assist in carrying out sales campaigns in order to increase membership via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and out-reach activities
• Participate in technical and personal development activities.
• Use computer based systems.
About You:
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Prior management experience in a gym setting
• Sales experience
• Possess Cert III and IV in Fitness, First Aid certificates, working with children is desirable. Previous experience in personal training
• A people person, have great emotional intelligence and socializing skills.
• Meet minimum fitness level requirements
Items that will go towards additional uplift in base salary:
• Have boxing and functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to teach others effectively. Level 1 Punchfit or Equivalent (Can be arranged post application but will be required
prior to the commencement of your employment).
• Nutrition knowledge or qualifications
