The RoleWe are looking for a leader with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a commitment to health and fitness. As our Elizabeth Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the excellence of our customer service and fitness teams, ensuring a dynamic and engaging environment for both members and staff.
Your responsibilities in this role include (but are not limited to):
- Training, motivating, and developing your incredible customer service team.
- Driving a lively and engaging culture for both our staff and members.
- Monitoring (and leading by example by achieving/generating) membership and supplement sales with a focus on monthly and annual targets.
- Implementing and championing our policies, business practices, and processes.
- Overseeing the gym's cleanliness, maintenance, and overall operations.
- Handling HR duties, including: rostering, performance reviews, and one-on-ones.

There are some eligibility criteria required to succeed:
- Minimum two years of management experience from any industry is welcomed!
- Customer service experience and strong administration skills.
- Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
