Oslo Health and Fitness Ferntree Gully, a dynamic and independent gym brand, is seeking a passionate and driven Manager to steer our facility towards new heights of success. Although we are a gym, gym and fitness industry experience isn't required. We are looking for someone to take this role through the eyes of business management, not so much fitness passion.
About the Role:
- As the captain of our ship, you will be actively involved in working with the owners to create a great experience for members.
- Your mission will be to create an environment where goals are met, boundaries are pushed, and every day is a step towards a fitter, healthier community.
- From overseeing daily operations to crafting and exploring new marketing opportunities and ideas, your leadership will shape the heartbeat of our gym and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, professional and motivated workspace.
- Drive membership growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure our facility is a beacon of health, safety, and high-energy workouts.
- Manage budgets and resources with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
