Gym/Spa Reception & Co-ordinator

We are searching for the final piece of our puzzle. A sales guru with the drive to close sales and be the face of our health and wellness medispa. 

Full-time hours over split shifts between 6am - 8pm, some weekend shifts required on rotating roster.

Aquarius Health and Medispa, in collaboration with Cosmetic Image Clinics, is Brisbane’s largest luxury day spa. We offer a serene environment where patrons can indulge in rejuvenating spa experiences and cosmetic treatments, fostering health, beauty, and well-being.
With a 25m pool, gym, magnesium spas, saunas, massage therapy, beauty therapy, and cosmetic clinic all under one roof in the heart of the city.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and appointments efficiently
• Collaborate with the marketing team for event planning
• Coordinate and attend all day spa events with staff and clients
• Communicate with potential patrons to promote and sell memberships
• Act as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain a bright and engaging atmosphere for members and patrons
• Assist in daily day spa operations

Requirements: 

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service roles
• Familiarity with day spa operations is advantageous
• Medical reception experience also advantageous
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
