- Total Indicative Remuneration Salary MD-2 $492,398 - $641,470 (Subject to private agreement)
- Temporary up to 17/12/24 and part-time working 7.5 hours per week
- Provide clinical leadership in the provision of effective and efficient quality services within The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Royal Adelaide Hospital, CALHN.
- Contribute to the provision of safe, best practice clinical services to the patients of, and referred to, the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit.
- Provide specialist opinion on patients referred for consultation.
- Provide clinical leadership to facilitate and support a team approach to the provision of clinical services.
- Assign and supervise the clinical practice of junior medical officers.
- Contribute to teaching/training at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Contribute to the hospital achieving best practice in the design and delivery of clinical services.
- Promote and participate in research activities at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
- Promote and lead surgical audits, including mortality/morbidity review
- Specialist medical qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Surgery, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellow of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
