Skills and Experience for Senior Hairdresser Position
- Confident and competent in all aspects of hairdressing, with strong technical colour, cutting, extension application and styling skills, if you need extra training we can support you in these areas.

Responsibilities for Salon Coordinator (Receptionist)
If you're ready to be the heartbeat of our salon, ensure every client leaves feeling like a million bucks, and rock our social media game, we want to hear from you!
- Warmly welcome clients and assist with scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless booking process.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules, utilising salon management software with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee salon inventory and supplies, monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders as needed to support smooth operations.
- Work closely with stylists and other team members to streamline schedules and guarantee a seamless experience for clients from beginning to end.
- Take charge of our social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with our community to showcase our salon and services.
Skills and Experience for Salon Coordinator (Receptionist)
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or administrative positions preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in salon management software and basic office software (e.g., Timely) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience marketing and using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and a creative flair for content creation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the salon and its clients
