We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join us as the Manager of our Non-Specialist Division. This hands-on role involves overseeing a team of 4 highly successful recruiters. If you have a background in Medical or Healthcare recruitment and are ready to take on a leadership role, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our agency's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 4 staff members in the Non-Specialist Division.
- Actively recruit locums within the Nonspecialist domain..
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Maintain and build client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in Medical or Healthcare recruitment is essential.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
