Permanent Part Time – Apollo Bay
The role will involve general maintenance and outdoor duties across the Organisation to ensure everything is in good working order.
The scope of maintenance work will be scheduled according to the Organisation’s needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Working to a routine Maintenance Schedule
- Coordinate with external contractors
- Stock control of maintenance consumables
- Basic gardening and grounds keeping
- Moving furniture/materials, rubbish to the tip/recycling centres
- Ensuring Facility is presentable and clean; including high cleaning and external areas
Hours are part time, up to 20 hours/week
Desirable Qualities
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, although on the job training provided
- Positive attitude, a good work ethic and pro-activeness is crucial
- Full driver’s license is required
- Physically fit
- Good time management, communication skills and ability to problem solve
