Bespoke Property Solutions is a Handyman/ Carpenter, Property Maintenance Company known and respected throughout the Commercial/Industrial & Aged Care Industry. Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we now require a maintenance/carpenter to bolster our team and help better service our clients.
We have a fantastic variety of work in Property Maintenance and general Handyman skills. If you are keen on variety, have excellent customer service skills, take pride in your work and are looking for flexible working arrangements, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a motivated handyperson for approx 30- 35 hours per week.
We pride ourselves on high quality work with friendly open communication with all our clients.
Qualifications & experience
- Has a basic knowledge of the tools, processes and skills used in the repair and maintenance of commercial properties
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle essential
- Have had your first Covid Vac and booked for your second
- Undertake a Police Check.
- Is reliable and punctual with a flexible work attitude
- Has a helpful and cooperative approach
- Excellent attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Adhering to safety requirements to ensure a safer workplace
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Carrying out both planned and ad-hoc maintenance/ gardening tasks
- Responding to urgent works requests are required
- repairs/ maintenance of equipment, and Centre facilities
- Maintenance of paths & landscapes
- Hedging, edging, blowing, pruning
- Maintaining car parks and open areas
- Minor repair works & garden rejuvenation
- Can do attitude and an ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.
