Form of workUrban Windows & Doors are seeking a motivated full time Service and Maintenance Person to join it's team located in Kilkenny, Adelaide. This position is available immediately.
We are an aluminium window and door manufacturer and installation contractor and we work in both the residential and commercial markets in South Australia.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering general maintenance and repairs to windows, door frames. hardware and misc fixtures and fittings at our job sites in Adelaide.
- Attending to defects.
- Completing final trimming and flashing to windows.
- Installing flyscreens before handover.
- Commissioning of doors and windows before handover.
- Providing maintenance and repairs to installed windows and doors.
- All general building maintenance where required.
About You:
- You will need to have high attention to detail, be precise, organised and show initiative.
- Present in as neat and tidy manner.
- Great with power tools.
- Be able to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Domestic and commercial building experience is advantageous or demonstrated experience in a maintenance role or similar.
- Have good communication skills and basic computer skills.
- No criminal record and be physically fit.
- Hold a valid car licence.
- Scissor lift ticket preferable
