Position: Maintenance Handyman with Tiling experience
Job Description:
We are excited to offer an employment opportunity for a Maintenance Handyman to join our expanding maintenance team. As a Maintenance Handyman, you will play a crucial role in performing general maintenance works, painting, flushing, carpentry, tiling etc all within our home service division for commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting general repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Assisting with building renovation works.
- Providing general trades assistance to support various maintenance activities.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Employment Details:
Position: Maintenance Handyman
Status: Permanent full-time position (subject to a probationary period).
Commencement Date: immediate start
Working Hours: Generally 7.00 am to 3.30 pm, or as mutually agreed with management, for a 40-hour week. Casual employees do not accrue RDO's.

Competitive wage based on your experience.
Vehicle, fuel card, uniform, iPad, PPE all provided.
Superannuation: Industry rate of 10.5% applicable to a nominated fund of the employee's choice.
Sick Leave: Payable for all permanent full-time employees, accruing at 1.46 hours per week of continuous service with a medical certificate.
Annual Leave: Payable for all permanent full-time employees, accruing at 2.92 hours per week of continuous service. A maximum of 152 hours can be accrued and payable per annum, to be taken at a mutually agreed time with management.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
Current driver's license
Current valid trade license
Current national police clearance
Tools and Equipment:
You should possess an appropriate set of tools relevant to your employment position. A work vehicle will be provided as per our Company Vehicle Policy.
