AddressSeashells Resort Broome, located in the Cable Beach area is seeking a dedicated, hard-working, energetic person to fill the Full-Time position of handyperson. Previous experience in similar role is necessary.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

· Reliable & flexible
· Ability to work unsupervised.
· Able to work Sunday to Thursday
· Able to commit to minimum 12 months.
· Current drivers licence
The successful applicant must be able to perform the following duties:
· Repair all maintenance requirement in units prior to guest arrivals.
· Ensure air conditioners are in good working order.
· Assist the Housekeepers department with linen bags.
· Assist guests with luggage if required.
· Clean reception and resort entrance including driveway and verandah.
· Empty and clean all rubbish bins.
· Clean BBQ areas, check ignition, scrub surrounds if required.
· Maintain and clean swimming pool on a daily basis. Record chemical results.
· Replace blown light globes, repair door locks.
· Correct minor plumbing problems.
· Maintain and clean carpark.
· Clean, sweep, mop or hose down all outdoor areas including external stairs.
· General cleaning of property and removing weeds in garden
· Assist and maintain gardens and reticulation system as required.
· Painting and repairs
· External cleaning – pressure washing, window cleaning.
Salary is $65,000 - $70,000 + Super / Full Time (38 hrs per week) based on experience.
