AddressHardware Category Manager
RAFF Group is a dynamic and high performing retail business, currently with 3 locations across the Darling Downs, driven by agriculture and industry with the support of 2 of Australia’s largest independent brands – CRT and Mitre 10.
The position will be responsible for
- Preparing the shop for the day and complete sales transactions
- Replenish and restock items as required in addition to providing advice and recommending products to customers
- Implementing the specific sales strategies and promotions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Managing a particular category within the diverse range
- Basic house keeping to ensure high store standards are maintained
Desired, skills knowledge and experience
- Have great drive and motivation and be physically fit
- Previous experience in the Hardware industry
- Be keen to learn and be prepared to work in a team environment
- Have a friendly and welcoming personality
- Have a passion for customer service
- Be flexible to work weekdays and weekends
