Harvest Berry Picker and Packers

Northern Rivers based Berry farm is seeking Harvest Picker and Packer workers to join their team in Lismore NSW. The position is located 10 minutes from the CBD of Lismore and 30 minutes from beautiful North Coast beaches.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Picking Blueberries, Raspberries and Blackberries
- Packing Blueberries, Raspberries and Blackberries
It is a physical role
Skills and Experience:
On-site training is provided and you will be trained in
- how to pick and pack the best quality fruit
This role would be best suited to a highly motivated, adaptable person who is willing to work early mornings and weekend work where required.
Hours of work/pay/condition:
- 9 month contract
- 37.5 hours per week starting in May 2024
- $28.26 per hour or by piece rate plus superannuation contributions as per the Horticulture Award.
