Form of workOur client, a leader in the Medical Device space, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant/ Admin/ Logistics /Pick Packer to join their team in Sydney’s Lane Cove West. The role is a fulltime position.
The primary focus of this role will be to manage the safe and efficient picking & packing of orders.
Picker/Packer Qualifications and Skills:
- Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
- Pulling, packing, and loading
- Receiving, stocking, and stacking
- Prepare goods for shipment
- Verify if items pulled out of package are correct
- Maintain database of packages
- Assisting administrative duties such as managing orders from the system, booking in couriers, managing bin pick-up
- This role will manage an inventory system using SAP
- Shipping products to customers, including managing orders, recording serial number information, using the shipping systems, (TOLL) and obtaining proof of delivery when needed
- Ability to investigate and resolve customer service issues related to orders, shipments and invoices
- Pick/packing the orders and confirming the right items are dispatched, as all items are small
- Receiving the inbound shipments, breaking down and receiving into stock
