Form of work We have up to 10 positions available for Harvest Workers on Vegetable Farm in Razorback, NSW & surrounds.
Work is due to start July 2024 and is expected to go up to 3 years.
You will be paid as a Level 1, Full-Time Employee under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028). Hourly or Piece Rates may apply.
There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028).
The position is for a harvest worker on a Vegetable Farm and will include but not limited to tasks such as picking, packing and planting vegetables and general farm duties.
This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.
Minimum of 38 hours a week, 7am-4pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.
Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.
