Form of work We have up to 40 positions available for pickers on a flower farm in LYNWOOD, NSW & surrounding Regions.
Work is due to start September 2024 and is expected to go for 9 months.
You will be paid as a Level 1, Casual under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028). Hourly or Piece Rates may apply.
There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028).
The position is for a picker on a flower farm and will include but not limited to tasks such as picking, packing and planting and general farm duties.
This position requires the availability to work over a 6-day roster.
Minimum of 30 hours a week, 5.30am-3pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work continuously at a high level of concentration
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to bend low to the ground for long periods
• Ability to tolerate hot and humid conditions for long periods of time (40+)
• Must be physically fit, agile
