Here's what we need from you:

• Installation experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Carpark CO systems or Stairwell pressurisation experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Be a Qualified HVAC technician.
• Hold a Restricted Electrical License, Refrigerant Handling License, and a QBCC Mechanical Services - Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Occupational License.
• Be able to complete Police checks and hold a Blue Card.
• Have a clean full QLD manual driver's license.
• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to ensure the job is top-notch.
• Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
