We're seeking a team of experienced HD Fitters (Drill Fitters) to join our underground hard rock mining team at one of our client sites located approximately 30 minutes southwest of the thriving regional centre of Dubbo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of underground mining equipment including Jumbos, Drill Rigs and Boggers to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues with all underground mining equipment.
- Perform repairs and replacements of components such as engines, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Complete scheduled servicing and breakdown repairs efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritise tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts usage and equipment history.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations at all times.

ABOUT YOU
- Relevant qualifications as an HD Fitter.
- Experience in underground hard rock mining and maintenance of underground mining equipment.
- Always ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve development/production targets efficiently.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in mining operations.
- A team player, with a positive attitude, who adapts well to change and enjoys a challenge .
- Committed to upholding company values, policies, and expectations.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence (P2 Minimum).
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to do shift work (Day/Night Roster).
- Willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical test and functional assessment, including a drug and alcohol test.
- Ability to provide a Police Check.
