Cherubino City Cellar is a small bar located in Subiaco, with an 800 strong wine list accompanied by Italian inspired dishes. We are seeking a Head Chef with a passion for Italian food. The successful applicant will work with a small team. A five day working week, Tuesday (prep days) Wednesday to Saturday (service) with a generous remuneration package and sign on fee.
City Cellar is a part of the broader business of Cherubino Wines, which farms vineyards across the major wine regions in WA with a tasting room, accommodation and restaurant in the Margaret River region. We have an extensive wine list, with an emphasis on Italian wines, alongside wines from the Cherubino stable.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years kitchen experience
- Passion and knowledge of Italian food
