We are looking for an experienced and/or qualified Head Chef & Chef/Cook to assist in the kitchen’s activities.

MUST HAVE GRILL EXPERIENCE.

Duties will also include -

• Assist with the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Assist with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
• Place orders with suppliers & maintain stock control
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-oworkers
