The Head Chef will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, including but not limited to, staff management, Menue design and costings, training and and financial oversight including the opportunity to make KPI monthly bonuses. The sucessful applicant will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of service. The role requires a leader who can effectively communicate with and motivate the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Head or Exec Chef, preferably in a Restaurant or full service club.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building and staff development.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and resilience.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in budget management and operational planning.
- A customer-first mindset, with great people managment abilities.
