Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this part time Housekeeping Supervisor role (approx 30 hours per week) offers diversity and challenge for a self motivated individual with attention to detail. Leading the Sunshine Coast housekeeping team, the successful applicant will be responsible for building a reliable cleaning team with high standards and ensuring the cleaning requirements across multiple properties are met. On a daily basis, duties can range from some basic cleaning duties and basic in room repairs through to leading a diverse team of cleaners and stock controls.

- Be able to work with a diverse team to acheive outcomes and KPI's in cleaning
- Have a positive can do attitude and willingness to take on any task
- Strong communication skills to lead a diverse team and ensure appropriate feedback is provided to management on areas requiring further attention.
- Be flexible in working hours, with an ability to work on any day of the week
- Have experience in cleaning to be able to effectively lead a team to meet cleaning targets on a daily basis.
Experience in similar roles would be an advantage, but is not essential. A drivers licence is essential for this role to be able to move between complexes to maintain standards.
