We are looking for someone has visionary development of menus with creative menu development inspired with freshness and flavour. Your visionary concepts coupled with dynamic leadership infused with flavoursome flair will contribute to the continued success of this iconic establishment. No event is too large or too small.
About You
- Dynamic leadership and mentoring ability applied with a cool head for those heated situations.
- Poise and gravitas is required to represent the brand at events and be client facing.
- Ability to work under pressure with high volume turnover
- Strong commercial acumen - a solid understanding of financial control and the ability to influence the day to day operations to achieve results.
- The ability to prepare and execute menus to a professional and contemporary standard

The candidate
- A genuine passion for food, people, and the overall hospitality experience.
- 2+ years experience as a Head Chef is essential to be considered for this role - background in fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience working in fine dining or premium dining events
- Demonstrate positive leadership skills
- Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Confident liaising with potential clients and understanding the logistics of a site.
