Title:Head of Brand Marketing

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + Super

Location: Gold Coast, QLD

Looking for a highly strategic and experienced e-commerce marketing professional with extensive experience in branding!

About the role:

Brand Strategy and Positioning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to establish a unique and compelling brand identity.
• Define the brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Marketing Leadership:
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Digital Marketing Excellence & E-commerce:

• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online visibility and customer engagement.
• Utilise data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
• Spearheaded the development and implementation of a brand's e-commerce strategy to enhance overall customer experience and online sales.
• Collaborate and provide insides to cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategy with overall digital marketing strategy.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends across best practices in Social Media Marketing and e-commerce.

Creative Direction:

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and the delivery of visually impactful and emotionally resonant campaigns.
• Approve and guide the development of creative assets in line with brand guidelines.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

• Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with key influencers and partners.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Utilise insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of Brand and Marketing or in a similar leadership role within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
