Title:Head of Brand Marketing
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + Super
Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Looking for a highly strategic and experienced e-commerce marketing professional with extensive experience in branding!
About the role:
Brand Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to establish a unique and compelling brand identity.
- Define the brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Marketing Leadership:
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Digital Marketing Excellence & E-commerce:
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online visibility and customer engagement.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
- Spearheaded the development and implementation of a brand's e-commerce strategy to enhance overall customer experience and online sales.
- Collaborate and provide insides to cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategy with overall digital marketing strategy.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends across best practices in Social Media Marketing and e-commerce.
Creative Direction:
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and the delivery of visually impactful and emotionally resonant campaigns.
- Approve and guide the development of creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with key influencers and partners.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Utilise insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head of Brand and Marketing or in a similar leadership role within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
