AddressSwan Christian Education Association (SCEA) is a not-for-profit Association founded in 1981 by a group of parents seeking a quality Christian education for their children. Across the Association, over 900 dedicated Christian staff support the education of more than 5,000 students in seven schools within Western Australia.
This is a newly created full-time role based at the SCEA Head Office in Midland created due to the growth of SCEA over the last five years and the need to create and maintain high quality, innovative, and cost-effective physical environments that enable student learning and service delivery.
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Capital Projects will support all SCEA School sites and the Head Office in the development and implementation of master plans, the planning and management of major Capital Projects, and other infrastructure-related projects as required. The position will ensure that all projects are planned and undertaken in line with SCEA’s Long Term Capital Plan and various master plans using sound commercial acumen, a cost-effective project management methodology, and in adherence with budget requirements, relevant standards and accepted business practices.
