The Job….
Reporting through to the CFO and CEO, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Strategic oversight of the debt purchase collections, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and IT to enhance the overall debt management process.
• Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and work on effective pricing strategies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the collections team.
• Work with IT to develop one platform across the collections business.

You…..
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven track record working in a leadership role across purchased debt.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within debt collections.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of debt purchase collections practices.
• The ability to drive results and positively impact the bottom line.
• Data driven decision making capabilities
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with IT and deliver an effective solution to help drive the business forward more efficiently.
