Reporting through to the CFO and CEO, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Strategic oversight of the debt purchase collections, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Collaborate with operations, finance and IT to enhance the overall debt management process.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and work on effective pricing strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the collections team.
- Work with IT to develop one platform across the collections business.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven track record working in a leadership role across purchased debt.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within debt collections.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of debt purchase collections practices.
- The ability to drive results and positively impact the bottom line.
- Data driven decision making capabilities
- Tech savvy with the ability to work with IT and deliver an effective solution to help drive the business forward more efficiently.
