Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in CBD, known for their dedicated staff and outstanding client services. Their conveyancing department serves a diverse clientele, from first time buyers to sophisticated property transactors. 

In this role you will lead and manage a conveyancing team and contribute to the growth and development of the conveyancing department.

Your main duties in this role will include:  

• Autonomously run simple to complex commercial & residential files from instruction to settlement
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, allocate work & continuously ensure best practices
• Guide, train and support the team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to the growth and development of the conveyancing department

Skills and experience we'd love:

• Min. 4 years experience in a conveyancing clerk role (commercial and residential matters)
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (or relevant legal qualification)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with little supervision
• Proficient with conveyancing software and other IT programs 
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Strong client service focus
• Business development and leadership skills
• Ability to multi task, manage differing priorities & meet deadlines
• Comprehensive understanding of Victorian property laws and regulations
