Job description

ACC is a non-denominational College that provides quality, Christ-Centered Education from Kindergarten through to Year 12.

The Role

  • Term 2, 2024 commencement (permanent full time or part time position).
  • Lead Primary curriculum to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality Christ-centered learning outcomes for all students.
  • Lead Primary curriculum in alignment with current Australian Curriculum, the College’s initiatives and best practice.
  • Deliver key performance measures toward the achievement of the vision, mission and strategic curriculum priorities of the College.
  • Lead the development of the quality of teaching and learning across P-6.
  • Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and all stakeholders.

About You:

  • Be a committed Christian, active in your local church (pastoral reference required) and in full agreement with the College’s evangelical Statement of Faith.
  • Current QCT registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong curriculum knowledge.
  • Ability to lead and manage change.
  • Great ability to work as part of the larger leadership team.
