The Role
- Term 2, 2024 commencement (permanent full time or part time position).
- Lead Primary curriculum to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality Christ-centered learning outcomes for all students.
- Lead Primary curriculum in alignment with current Australian Curriculum, the College’s initiatives and best practice.
- Deliver key performance measures toward the achievement of the vision, mission and strategic curriculum priorities of the College.
- Lead the development of the quality of teaching and learning across P-6.
- Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and all stakeholders.

About You:
- Be a committed Christian, active in your local church (pastoral reference required) and in full agreement with the College’s evangelical Statement of Faith.
- Current QCT registration (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong curriculum knowledge.
- Ability to lead and manage change.
- Great ability to work as part of the larger leadership team.
