As Stake’s Head of Customer Insights, you will play a pivotal role inrealising Stake’s vision to provide the best digital investmentexperience in Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with teams acrossthe business (including but not limited to Product, Data & Marketing),you will be a key driver in developing a deep understanding Of Customerneeds and behaviors, playing a crucial role in shaping overall businessstrategy and direction.
Some of the responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: Develop an up-to-date understanding of the mindset and behaviours ofinvestors beyond Stake’s customer base; in terms of their broadmotivations and tensions in life, their relationship to money, engagementwith financial services as a whole, and the investing category inparticular. Combine our proprietary customer data with public sources to develop aholistic view and improve our ability to understand customer behaviour overtime
Communicate the insights you generate to a wide range of partners andstakeholders, simplifying the complex and fostering engagement with yourworkA bit about you Prior experience in a Customer Insights role
Proficient in employing diverse research methodologies encompassingboth qualitative and quantitative approaches.Previously demonstrated the ability to suggest innovative approachesfor advancing our comprehension of the customer, such as continuallyrefining customer surveys.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholdersto develop and implement efficient methods for generating and leveraginginsights
