Their award-winning cellar door offers a range of immersive wine experiences, the exclusive Wine Club provides members with early and limited release wines and invitations to curated gastronomic events.
As they expand operations, and with the recent launch of their new restaurant with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, they are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead the sales and Customer Experience team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a genuine passion for selling and delighting customers.
- Set the tempo for the sales team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
- Utilise excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members alike.
- Previous experience in a senior sales role, within the wine or hospitality industry.
- A genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven leadership ability, with the capability to inspire and motivate a team.
