The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Data Sales to join the team at oOh! to take responsibility for the GTM promotion and sales of our audience data proposition. You’ll identify relevant category and client use cases, opportunities and value positioning of oOh! Data capabilities as well as: 

  • Execute strategic GTM approach and drive in market sales activity promoting oOh! leading data capabilities 
  • Analyse and implement category and client revenue sizing and sales activation framework 
  • Work with State Sales Directors / Group Business Directors Heads of Product and Solutions to lead GTM strategy, client engagement, messaging, and reporting across our data o
  • Develop GTM roll out nationally across key initiatives such as MOVE 2.0, Analytic partners ROI studies, and oOh! proprietary data led planning in collaboration with key stakeholders 
  • Implement national training of team members to improve data literacy and drive uptake of oOh! data led planning and outcomes reporting strategic usage of MOVE 2.0 industry measurement data 
  • Develop and drive go to market collateral and case studies that can be leveraged by sales and sales support teams across traditional and programmatic applications 
  • Attend QBRs, industry / B2B trade and conferences which relate to our data offering 
  • Take responsibility of all required reporting for across key initiatives and commercials 
  • Keep up to date with market trends in data capabilities and application across industry sector and report to Revenue and Growth Leadership team 
  • Work with key stakeholder groups across the business, such as Product, Sales, Data, Tech, Platform and Training and Development teams 

The Experience:  

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the media industry driving commercial success through data strategies and sales initiatives. You’ll also bring with you: 

  • Market leading presentation skills  
  • Significant experience in linking data to sales propositions  
  • Ability to drive insight and sales actions from data points 
  • Demonstrated history of leading through influence to achieve outcomes across the business in dynamic settings
