We are seeking a Head of Digital to join a B2C business to lead the transformation and delivery of the digital and marketing technology strategy. As the key driver of Digital and marketing transformation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer value proposition for the business through innovation and optimisation.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of 10 in the ecommerce and marketing automation teams to deliver on strategy and quarterly plans. You will possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders and senior leaders in Marketing and IT to define and deliver the next phase of Digital transformation.
You will lead the execution of the digital strategy, lead the development of roadmaps and prioritisation of systems, develop a shared understanding of current performance and future forecasts through analysis of market demands, competitive analysis and deliver clear guidance and digital strategy to influence the right development.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in Martech, Adtech, and Digital Strategy
- Experience coming from a customer centric background working in complex cross functional B2C environments.
- Demonstrated track record in driving digital transformation.
- Ability to bring data and insights into the heart of customer experience across martech platforms.
- Experience working with the Data Science team to deliver insights and actions to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in digital performance.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- You will thrive in a high change environment and will have the ability to work with ambiguity to achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering on commercial goals in digital platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
