Role Overview:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team, consisting of Digital Specialists. You will be required to collaboratively develop new acquisition strategies, as well as foster current outbound efforts to identify opportunities and provide training to the team to sell Google Ads, Social Ads, Email Marketing and SEO.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the team's success through sales training, performance monitoring, and goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team Of Sales specialists in their daily activities.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the team to enhance their sales skills.
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team
- Monitor and assess the team's performance to ensure they are meeting activity and sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Generate regular reports and analytics to track team performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Foster a positive and motivating team culture.
- Utilise HubSpot to nurture sales leads and improve sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a telesales or outbound calling environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Paid social - Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
