ICAM is a South Australian-based, fast-growing alternative investments fund manager seeking to provide attractive, ethical and long-term investment opportunities for investors, family offices and institutional funds within the property and infrastructure asset classes.
ICAM have experienced exciting and rapid growth and are now seeking a Head of Distribution to further strengthen the organisation's client base. A key responsibility of this position will include cultivating relationships with existing clients and identifying new growth opportunities within the independent financial advisor, high net worth and family office sectors. As a key member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with the Managing Director, you will formulate and implement a strategic business plan aimed at increasing funds under management for ICAM.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong networks in the high net worth, family office and institutional client space, along with exceptional sales and client management skills. As the ideal candidate, you will bring proven experience as a Business Development Manager/Capital Raising Specialist with a financial advisor or wealth manager with solid networks. A relevant Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce or equivalent is essential. CFA, CIMA or Master’s level qualifications are preferred.
